  32. When I had my dongle problem I received a call from Newtek Tech named Chris and 
  33. this is the info I got:

  36. Newtek

  38. Topeka,KANSAS 66615
  39. Attention: Tech Dept
  40. Send a note stating "have Chris check dongle for reprograming"

  42. I did not use this method because I was fortunate that my local dealer had an 
  43. extra copy and he swapped LW for me.
